2. Services Offered

Camping Pêche et Nature offers for rent:

• Motorhome pitches mobil-homes (capacité : 2 adultes)

• Motorhome pitches

Accommodations are available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rental depending on the period.

3. Reservations

Reservations can be made:

• Via the online booking form on the website

• By phone

• By email email

All bookings must be confirmed in writing by the campsite within 48 hours. Full payment (100%) is required to confirm the reservation. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, check (upon arrival).

4. Cancellations

By the client: Any cancellation notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded.

By the campsite: The campsite reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (extreme weather, disaster, etc.) or up to 48 hours before arrival, with a full refund.

5. Rates

Prices do not include:

• Tourist tax

• Possible cleaning fees

• Additional charges related to pets (subject to conditions)

Rates are quoted in euros including VAT (excluding local taxes).

6. Arrival and Departure

• Arrival: from 3:00 PM

• Departure: before 10:00 AM

Key handover takes place at reception or autonomously (depending on prior arrangement).

7. House Rules

• Pets are allowed under conditions (must be kept on a leash, vaccination records up to date), they must never be left roaming freely or left unattended indoors.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the mobile homes.

• Quiet hours must be respected after 10:00 PM.

• Visitors must register at reception.

• Guests are asked to inform the campsite of their departure the day before.
• In accordance with Article R611-35 of the French Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners, guests are required to complete an individual police registration form.
• Children must never be left unsupervised. d’adultes.
• Swimming is strictly prohibited..
• The campsite cannot be held responsible for any violation of the house rules.

8. Personal Data

Data collected via the website or email is used solely for processing booking requests.It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.

9. Service Médiation

Pour tout litige n’ayant pu être réglé dans le cadre d’une réclamation préalable directement introduite auprès de nos services clientèles et à défaut de réponse satisfaisante ou de réponse, dans un délai de 60 jours le client peut saisir le médiateur du tourisme et du voyage, dont les coordonnées figurent ci-après :
